I give a lot of credit to my son for sharing with me something that one day would become my way of life. Not just my everyday life but through my artwork. It is positivity.

If you were to ask anyone who knows me, “Who or what does Sara love the most?” Some with say “drawing” or “your granddaughter of course” or “your kids”. Those are incorrect answers. What do you think the answer is? The answer is, I love myself the most. When you can look in the mirror and recognize all the amazing, positive qualities and acknowledge them it feels so great.

Over this past week I have several people say to me, your positivity inspires me. I have also been asked, “How can you stay so positive with everything going on in the United States?” How I do this, I recognize and acknowledge each item or story. I do not, I repeat DO NOT agree with the current President of the United States. I have 2 options when presented the news, media, stories face to face. What do you think I do? I make a decision to not take the path that will lead me off the path positivity. I do not wish to live in a world of constant negativity or want that to consume me. Some tell me it is so hard to stay positive. Here is a secret, get ready, it’s FREE and everyone has it. Desire and drive to do so.

I have many goals and each day closer to reaching them with positivity and replacing words like “someday, hope or maybe” with words like “yes, I will, I can” then create an ACTION. Through finding positive thinking, I motivate myself and love myself more and more everyday.
